So, I have one more week before I move, but don't worry. I'm not going far. I have too many good friends here now.

Last night Mary came over to my place, and we worked on jewelry. I showed her how to make holes in shells with a dremel, and afterwards we weaved necklaces. She made a beautiful one for her mom. I was so impressed by her idea, I learned some things from her use of beads. We had a lot of fun. Sitting there listening to the radio and working on art brought me back to high school again. VPA days.

I'm going to miss being a walk away from my friends, but I will always be making the 45 min trips back. I hope my friends make several trips to my place. It is going to be great. Living in paradise is never near conveniences. I'll just have to throw a lot of parties.
